What an amazing time…

bulbSince this will be the last blog entry for a couple of weeks I just wanted to write down some impressions about this really amazing time in my life.

I’m going to marry today (and tomorrow – today is just the small “official” part, tomorrow church and the big party 🙂 ). I finished my Ph.D. thesis two thursdays ago – it’s now waiting to be judged and defended. I’m curious how that is going to work out – more details at the start of September. On monday we are leaving for our honeymoon in Rarotonga… 30 hours of flight, whew. Can’t wait to see the shores 🙂

    Hi Thomas!
    Im glad to see that you have succeded among all this years! I was a HUGE FAN of ADOM! I even lowered (more than it was supposed to be) my college grades because of it.

    I am still surprised in the versatility and gameplay of the game in that time…
    Mostly i used wizard dark elves (weak at the beginning, strong at the end)… as far as i remember.
    And yes, i did close the gates of chaos 10 years ago.

      I correct my dates… it was 1996? si it was 13 yrs ago.
      So what’s new with this JADE thing? I’ve been quite away of roleplaying since ADOM (it was sucking away my life… the real one).

    Who knows, may be, he is writing JADE right now. Or removing uberjackal bug. You won’t speed up this process by spaming him…
    …still, I’m sure that person who got married (my congratulations!) one month ago have time for such things =). So, I’ll join:
