Preparing for JAX 2009

This afternoon we are heading of to JAX 2009, the first of two big yearly Java conferences in Germany.

It’s taking place in Mainz and we really seem to be having a nice hotel and location. Since I’ve never been to Mainz I’m really curious.

Tomorrow I will going to be holding a talk about Spring internals – and being the nervous guy I am I am already somewhat excited. But I still remember last years W-JAX where I had my very first JAX talk and was really nervous because the room was really large (sized for about 400-600 people I would guess) and everything went so well that I told myself never to be nervous again. Must remember that.

So now I get up and prepare for the meeting with out macedonian partners in the WODOMI project. And I must visit Trollhalla to rack in points for more of my daily poetry…
